Hospitality industry posses variety of factors that influences
its functioning in different sectors of an organisation (Lloyd,
Warhurst and Dutton, 2013). It is important in overseeing
the administrative work of hotel, resorts etc. which represents
the type of experience that tourist or customers can enjoy at
particular hotel. Organisation undertaken here is Ramada.
It enhances the sale of the nations product and contributes to the
