Event Brief Analysis
In the recent scenario, the people of metro cities have faced more pressure from their work as
well as life. They lack in their time as well as energy to get healthy nutrition and take steps
towards the physical activities which greatly affect the health of the individuals (Seys et. al.,
2013). Perth is one of the biggest cities which are facing such issues. The health of the
individuals in Perth affects at a greater level which may increase the risk of health as well as
disabilities for the child in the near future (Francis et. al., 2014). By analyzing such situation,
the company is planning to organize an event in the country at a good level through which the
attendees get appropriate information about the healthy lifestyle and will get more attracted
towards such an event. The event will be organized at a greater level (Petitti et. al., 2015).
The event will be organized for the purpose of profit which covers in the category of business
event. The main theme of the event will be a special day for the health in which the event will
hold various activities of health to enrich the lifestyle of the people in a healthy manner
(Dowson and Bassett, 2015). In the whole event, the activities of fitness will be available
throughout the event which includes jogging, cycling, yoga, tai chi, running, dance, as well as
also organized mini-seminar for diabetes (Van der Wagen and White, 2018). The main source
of income will be an advertisement as well as various sponsors will invest in the event. The
event will be organized in such a manner which suit for the whole theme such as Catering,
Venue, props, and audio-visual sound, artist, and entertainment speakers (Getz and Page,
2016).
Location
The venue for the event must meet the requirement of the event. The location for the event
will be Kings Park. It is one of the attractive parks which are near to the city ( Foley and

Williams, 2016). It is in the short distance from the city of Perth, therefore, it is an effective
choice to select such a venue for the event and has a range of capacity to manage more than
nine thousand visitors. The entrance will be done in a different direction which can solve the
issue of managing the crowd. The park is located in the city of Brimbank local government
area (Government of Western Australia, 2018).
Size
While arranging the event, it has been estimated that around ten thousand individuals will
attend the session which needs to be catered in the event. The location which is selected is
appropriate for the event due to the reason Kings Park has a space of 4 KM with comprising
of the lake, building, and land. It is also one of the facts that the park does not have a great
level of capacity limit but still, it suits for the events (Destination Perth, 2018).

conscious.

Regulatory Bodies: the local authority, police as well as the government and their
department are the key stakeholders in the event. They will allow or a permit to arrange such
an event in the city (Adamson et. al., 2017).
AMA Victoria: It is a non-for-profit professional alliance that represents Victorian doctor.
They b=will dine contribution through delivery services, counseling, competent assistance to
their members as well as representation. They also ameliorate health service and health of
Victorians. They will handle the seminars and improve the awareness of diabetes (Levick,
Barker and Rio, 2018).
Tai Chi Australia: It is one of the famous sports that benefit to get protected from diabetes
as well as also help to maintain a good wellbeing (Schoene, Kiesswetter and Lord, 2017).
Employee and Workforce: it includes contracted crew, staff, and volunteer who will
manage the participants in the event.
