INTRODUCTION
Management plays a vital role in every single firm therefore it should be effective in
nature. With the help of this, desired targets can get hit in set time of period. Administration aid
in managing all the operations of the company (Lerner and Busch-Rossnagel, 2013). This project
is based on hospitality services and the enterprise which has been taken under this is Hotel 41.
This hotel is located in London and is famous in all over UK. Assignment is going to include
various management styles, leadership skills or characteristics, communication processes, own
managerial skills that will aid in developing in hotel.
TASK 1
P1. Comparing different management styles
There are ample number of management styles that can aid firm in hitting targets in much
more effective ways. Administrative people in hospitality sector it is essential for them to locate
all the areas so that benefits can be gained by hotel at competitive market. Management manages
all the actions and operations (Qian, 2013). They also formulate plans and strategies in order to

for Hotel 41. Dividing work among team mates is also important, as it has been analysed that an
