4.2 Varieties of communication skills
on the basis of level.
Communication skills are considered as an essential need of
Paramount Travel Hotel, in order to understand clients
requirement. Process of communication is distributed into
various levels such as lower, middle and top level (Murdoch-
Eaton and Sandars, 2014).

management strategies.
Time management is considered as an essential step in to achieve
effective results. All the plaining and processing depends on the
timing for better outcomes. In order to make process more
productive all the strategies should be developed accordingly. If
the process is able to complete before its deadline, its
effectiveness remain maintained.
