Managing accommodation is not an easy task and require a lot of efforts to implement
growth and success of organization easily. Managing hotel is not an easy task for an individual
need to know staff and coordinate with each and every department of business. Hotel Hilton is
one of the leading company with large number of customers overall presence of their business
make them effective and attractive in market. Report will discuss about all types of
accommodation services available in hotel to make their guest satisfied. Discuss about role of
front office department and contribution of housekeeping department for development of hotel

Role of housekeeping
Housekeeping department play an important role in overall development of hotel industry
by satisfying guest and provide them proper comfort and facilities to make them achieve their
goals easily. Housekeeping department is important to keep hotel clean and comfortable for their
guests. Some roles and responsibilities of housekeeping department in hotel Hilton are as
follows.
Ensure care and comfort of guests
Housekeeping department of hotel make sure that their guests will get quality services
and take care of their comfort(Vieytez, 2017.) . In context of Hotel Hilton housekeeping
department provide quality and comfortable cushions to their guests and take care of customers

Security manager in hotel is responsible to manage crime and take necessary actions to
solve issues in hotel. Security manager of Hotel Hilton try to analyze reasons for crime and

Maintaining security is required for each and every hotel to achieve their goals easily and

2019.)
. Key card reduces issues that guests face in hotel. Security manager of hotel prepare plans to
make safe and secure environment for their guests provide alarms, camera system to take care
about security provide fire procedures to their employees.

and improve their experience and develop organization at a large scale. Front office department
is a first person who will interact with guest and their appearance make an impact on guests.

hygiene and work according to requirement. Security department take care about safety of guests
and employees in hotel, make them more effective and achievable in development of
