Managing accommodation is not an easy task and require a lot of efforts to implement
growth and success of organization easily. Managing hotel is not an easy task for an individual
need to know staff and coordinate with each and every department of business. Hotel Hilton is
one of the leading company with large number of customers overall presence of their business
make them effective and attractive in market. Report will discuss about all types of
accommodation services available in hotel to make their guest satisfied. Discuss about role of
front office department and contribution of housekeeping department for development of hotel
and to keep guests satisfied. Discuss different role and facilities provided by security department
to their employees.

Role of housekeeping
Housekeeping department play an important role in overall development of hotel industry
by satisfying guest and provide them proper comfort and facilities to make them achieve their
goals easily. Housekeeping department is important to keep hotel clean and comfortable for their
guests. Some roles and responsibilities of housekeeping department in hotel Hilton are as
