(i) divisional management structure:according to Jim molis(may 2019) is breaking a company
into divisions by providing more than one product or service,works for larger entities as it
empowers the various divisions to make decisions without everyone having to report to just a
few executives

events.The organization has the hierarchy structure of management from the CEO down to

RECOMMENDATIONS
I would recommend both hotels to continue using the management structures they are using
currently
CONCLUSION
the core factor of both hotels is people,aside from that the staffing structures of both hotels
helps the organizations in developing strategies that are in line with the objectives of the
hotels
