quality of product to their customers.
For that, proper information should be passed which in turn help to minimize the
error, also there is a need to make sure that proper hierarchy will be managed that assist to
deal with every problem in better manner. As there are many techniques which are available
for the firm in order to make sure that customer’s needs are met and all the define task are
also managed accordingly. The present study is help to examine the method which creates
positive impact upon customers and for that different modern tools should be implemented
that assist to improve the operations and also leads a business towards success direction.

how it uses different modes of technology which in turn leads to manage the business in
better manner. Like, with the development of internet, hotel industry also added new featured
within their business in order to attract range of customers. The present study is also help to
understand the importance of using online technologies into business which in turn leads to
generate the best results. With this, hotels are able to understand the customers need and
provide the best service to their customers as well in order to become more competitive.
In the same way, by an evolution of Web hotel management system, the information
are transferred to each other in better medium and through popularity of computer
application, the business is reach to next stage. In the changing era, there is a need to adopt
the things which in turn provide better customers service and also attract range of people
toward them. Such that there are many ways through business decision are taken in better
