This research project proposal examines the challenges faced by organizations expanding their businesses internationally, using Hotel My Bloomsbury as a case study. The introduction establishes the importance of growth strategies for business success and outlines the research aims, objectives, and questions. A literature review explores the meaning of growth strategies, including organic and inorganic growth, and identifies challenges such as cultural differences, cash flow management, increased competition, and varying tariff rates. The methodology section outlines the research approach, which includes qualitative investigation, data collection methods (primary and secondary research using questionnaires), and the sample size of 30 respondents. Ethical considerations, including time management and potential biases, are addressed, along with the ethics form. The project aims to analyze the challenges, propose solutions, and contribute to understanding international business expansion. References and an ethics form are included to support the research.
