Concept of offshoring and outsourcing while globalisation
According to Jonathan Webb (2019) Outsourcing refers to the method in which routine
work will delegate to some third party. This assist in maintaining quality of product and services
and maintain satisfaction of consumers. There is proper use of time, cost and resources because
there is involvement of third party. While offshoring refers to the process in which business will
shifted to some other location due to cost advantage. While expanding business at international
level, with offshoring and outsourcing of resources, cost benefit can be achieved which is
significant for maintaining existence at new market.
Benefits and risks of offshoring and outsourcing for Hotel Crown Plaza
According to GINO LISONDRA (2019) There are some benefits and risk of offshoring
and outsourcing of resources at Hotel crown Plaza because this is relevant in current market.
With the help of offshoring cost gets reduced and hotel is able to achieve economies of scale

through which they can communicate with employees to know their views. Proper analysis of

framework is used to understand different techniques.

primary information.
