Martin hotel is proposed at initial stage. This business main purpose is to provide
required facilities and services to the hospitality industry. It can be seen that Bicester village is
the one of the best destination for establish business in order to gain attention of visitors. An
organisation management committee decided to establish Martin hotel in Bicester village,
London, UK.
Key partners – There are various key partners of this hotel which includes logistics
partners,suppliers and investors etc. In logistics partners includes chefs, staff services with

objective of meet consumer requirements in better manner. The company key partners are AXIS
bank, HSBC back and Bank of America.
Value proposition - This is an important aspect which gives specific knowledge about
how to create value for others in better manner (Dijkman and et. al., 2015). In which includes
fresh and tasty food should be provide to customers so that better satisfaction should be given to
them.
Key activities - In key activities includes that give value to their consumers by giving
facilities of lodging and boarding to their key consumers by giving best hotel management
activities.
Customer relationship – The feasible communication network and channels are
maintained for building strong customer relation. This is separate section that will be controlled
and maintained business channels.
Customer segment – The Martin hotel divided their customers as per their behaviour
and some other factors. They segment adults, families and couples for stay in their hotel.
Key resources – Employees and raw material are the major resources which are main for
customer relationship management and distribution (Dudin and et. al., 2015).
Promotional channels – There are various methods of advertising their products and
services such as Facebook, social media, Instagram, radio channels and YouTube. In this, social
media is the focused area where they are easily reach with desired customers.
Cost structure – The cost structure of this hotel consist with cost of raw material,
suppliers payment regarding food and beverages, salary of employees, maintenance charges and
chefs wages. The expected cost is around £100000 that would be spent to build good company
image.
Income streams – It proceeds from selling tasty and delicious food items, value chain,
collect from service charge, food and beverage sales are consist in this part. It is estimated that
customers will pay amount for gaining best experience and quality based services.
Peer Group Reflection
After completion of Business Canvas Model, my colleagues or peers group members
have given feedback for analyse my efficiency and proficiency on the business plan of Martin
hotel. In this context, I have used Gibbs Reflection model to reflect my whole experience that
have been acquired by me while making a good business plan to take feedback by peer members.

Gibbs Reflection model has been described for evaluating my person experience while making
business plan.
Gibbs reflection model
It is the organized model which assist a person in reflective their whole phases that has
been experienced by me. This reflective model was developed by Graham Gibbs in the year of
1988 (Gibbs – Reflective Cycle Model. 2015). The professor believe that an individual can easily
learn different things by facing situations which they are experience on regular basis. Along with
this, Gibbs have defined that learning can be done in more effective manner if an individual met
with wrongful conduct and various things which does not resultant as per their requirements
(Joyce and Paquin, 2016). This reflective model help me in analysing my entire performance
while making business idea and concept in order to gain profitability. In this, there are some
stages which will be useful for me for clearly reflect my journey.
Firstly, description of business plan is required for business idea and plan which include
deep discussion about the project that have been done by me. In this context, I had efficiently
worked on new business plan which was completely associated with hotel. They had planned to
open up a new hotel for family, couples and adults. Martin hotel was attractive and unique in
infrastructure where large number of visitors are come for stay. The hotel is give huge discount
offers at the time of occasion and festivals to the people (Martin and Tian, 2016). There are
various services and offers which are provided by hotel such as gifts, discounts, free meals and
coupons to their visitors. The staff members have pleasant personality which attract more people
towards hotel facilities. With the help of Gibbs model, I had developed an Business Canvas
model which consist with all 9 major key factors which are required for developed before
introducing new hotel in the pleasant market area.
With the help of Gibbs reflection model, I can easily analyse the feeling and experience
which have been faced by a person at the time of implementing their project and business plan.
While making business canvas model, I was feel excited and about the chosen concept and its
working functions but along with passing time. The actual work started it was quite complex for
me in order to manage and maintain all work or task alone. According to my experience, I had
face some difficulty while collecting and gathering information regarding specific concept
because it is new idea. For assembling new data, it is impossible for an individual is to gather
relevant information in given time period. For this, I personally feels that I had given my

hundred percentage effort to evaluate my idea related to business canvas model. I think that if
someone other person would start the business so it might be represented in more effectively in
front of all peer group members. But now, if I compare my whole experience with my effort
level so it can be analysed that it is quite good at the beginning stage in comparison of present
state of mind. The main reason behind taking review and response of all the peer members is that
they are analyse it and they might find out some weak factors of this project as every person has
different perceptions and views regarding specific topic (Toro-Jarrín, Ponce-Jaramillo and
Güemes-Castorena, 2016). This has increased my nervousness as a resultant of my project work
is yet to come.
After that I need to measure my personal experience with the help of reflective model
that is completely based on evaluation of whole experience whether it is was good or not. It has
been examined that by me my peer members have analysed my Business Canvas model and they
have shared their point of view related to Business plan and idea which is developed by me. One
of my peer told me that my whole business model is very good but I need to focus on develop
strong relationship with my visitors for gaining high profitability for hotel. This will assist in
enhancing their growth and success level in order to gain attention of large number of people. As
per the view of my peer members, it can be said that this concept is mainly on hotel services and
facilities which are offered by them. So, it is essential for me is to develop good relation with
their visitors whether they domestic as well as international. Thus, Martin hotel gain attention of
some people which includes adults, couples and family members. In order to gain attention of
large number of customers, it is important for develop smooth relationship with their visitors in
better manner. Another peer member have told me that I should add one more option in revenue
stream. As per him, I need to promote business services or facilities in the large market place
where they can reach with maximum number of people and convince them towards use of their
hotel services. While evaluating feedback and response of the peer members, it can be said that
as per one of my peer group member it was highly essential for me is to approach certain age of
people in order to reach with number of people. According to my view in practical term, it can be
analysed that I have some chosen wrong source which does not provide me accurate information
and data related to the topic. Along with this, sometime there are two sites of different concepts
confused me at the time of collecting facts and figures associated with similar type of theme.

After that conclusion is based on my whole experience in order to gain attention of large
number of people. In this context, my experience on formulation of business canvas model is that
it was positive experience for me because I have learned lot of things which is very new for me. I
have also gain additional knowledge and understand unique concept in better manner. In this, I
have analysed that positive experience for me includes learning new skills, overcome with weak
points. It can be analysed that from my entire experience I have improved my analytical skills
and abilities where I have evaluated my factors in order to understand the concept and how I can
develop this idea more effective. In this, it can be analysed that in this if I have formulated same
type of business plan in future time period then I will initially discuss it with my peer group
members and evaluate respective topic with new point of view. After doing this, I will easily
develop a new business plan which is more effective and impactful for smoothly run of business
operations. It is completely based on my previous experience which is essential for me in order
to collect relevant data on the specific topic as it will help me in gaining appropriate profitability
and income. In future time period, I will add new more options in revenue generating idea and
developing customer relation with visitors through which I can increase profitability ratio of
business. In addition to this, from whole experience of mine, I require to develop my confidence
level because it is one of the skill that will assist me in dealing with complex situations. It is
required for me is to focus on improvement in business analytical skill as this will help me in
developing good business maker.
On the above description, action plan has been taken in which I prepare an future action
plan that is based on past stages of Gibbs Reflective model. As per the whole experience of
mine, I will make sure to discuss about my business plan among peer group members so I can
gain accurate information at the beginning stage. It is required for me is to develop my relation
with peer members which easily increasing level of comfortableness among them. This will
assist me while communicating to them at each level that will instruct me in taking right decision
which can increasing proficiency of my business plan. Along with this, it will help me in taking
peer and other people feedback and response regarding my business plan so that it could be
changed at starting stage. Further action should be taken by me which includes attend training
sessions which are related to business idea. It will assist me in make proper improvement in my
business skills that can be useful while taking accurate decisions. It will also enhance decision
making skills which assist me in taking right decision through which strategy or decision is good

for my business plan and it should be rectified in order to make improvement in gaining business
profitability.
Concept Improvement Reiteration
After getting the feedback from peer members, a Business Canvas Model have been
developed by me for increasing in efficiency and skills. At the time of make changes in this
model I required to considered all the peer guidance and suggestion that have been given to me.
Thus, evaluation of Martin hotel with new concept, the new Business Canvas model have

In this, I have made some changes as per the feedback and response which are taken by me from
peer group members. They are guide me in developing accurate Business Canvas model which
easily gain attention of large number of customers. They have point me out some major things
which I need to change as per the view of peer members. In this, they have to add some more
stream which help me in increasing profitability and income level of an organisation. For this, I
have add a revenue generating sources which assist me in gaining huge income and profitability
in better manner. In this, events and activities is conducted in different hotels where domestic as
well as international visitors are come for stay. With the help of this, I have promoted my hotel
business plan services and facilities among large number of people. It can be said that it is the
best option which help me in earning huge amount of income and revenue for smoothly run of
business operations and its functions. Income is necessary for every business organisation in
order to smoothly run of company's functions and operations. This is important for me is to focus
on arranging revenue and income for managing all activities of the business.
In addition to this, I have done some changes in the section of customer care service in
which previous Martin hotel I have provide maintain sales services and good treat with the
customers while delivering services. Also I have recruit those staff members who have skill to
greet the visitors in better manner. In this, I add some services in which hotel perform duty is to
resolve all issues and problems related to guests who stay in the hotel. According to the feedback
and response of peer members, I have made some modifications in the section of discounts
which are offered to the visitors or guests. This is the best way for gaining attention of large
number of people towards business services and facilities. The coupons are not really attract
international visitors according to the suggestion of peer group members. Thus, I remove this
service in the business plan which are not required in the updated Business Canvas Model.
