Justify system for development.
The Red villa Hotel wants to develop the Hotel management system to help the customer on the
booking and ensuring the customer gets the quality services from the Hotel. In the modern world
today customer prefer to book for the room or order for food online so there is need for the Red
villa Hotel to develop Hotel management system.
The business case and benefits of the developed system to the organization.
Business case Description.
The Red villa Hotel is one of five star Hotel in Sydney city, Australia. The hotel is owned and
run by Serena Group of companies. The company has branches worldwide. Red villa Hotel is
based in Sdyney Australia and it receives customers within Australia and all over the
wolrd.The company has decided to develop the Hotel management system to help it customer
in effective providing hospitality services to its customers. The system shall be running on
web(Sommerville, 2016). . The customer to use the system, has to be registered on the system
and provided with username and Password. The customer can successful login by providing
correct login details and access system features such as book room, make payment, order food
and make inquiry about booking .The system users shall be customer, staff and system
administrator. The system administrator’s role is to add and remove customer. The role of
staff is to prepare booking and reply customer’s query.
The benefits of the Hotel management system..

The Red villa Hotel management system shall enable customers to book and make payment
of the service online.
The customers data are save safely in the cloud using Azure software for cloud computing.
The system ensures effective communication because customer can post a query on the
system and gets real time reply.
The hotel products are clearly displayed on the system main menu and client can view and
gets satisfied of the products available on the system.
The Hotels handles a lot of the customer query on the system and all customer are all
service .

Project scope.
The Redvilla hotel is based Sydney city Australia and provide service to customers within
Sydney and international customer. The system shall be running on the web and customers all
over the world can access it in any country they are in provided their devices has got internet
Brief cost.
The project shall take 15,000 Us dollar for it to complete well.
Schedule analysis.
The project planning and feasibility study shall start on 3/10/2019 and ends on 10/10/2019.The
requirement collection and system analysis shall commence on 12/10/2019 and ends on
24/10/2019.The system design shall start 25/10/2019 and ends on 30/10/2019.The system
development shall start on 1/11/2019 and ends on 8/11/2019.The system testing shall start on
12/11/2019 and ends on 24/11/2019.The deployment shall starts on 25/11/2019 and ends on
26/11/2019.The operational Maintenance is thought the operation of the system so no specific
time need because update or change of system requirements can be done any time. The system
testing, requirement collection and analysis takes a lot of time because the system has to be error
free and ensuring it met the customer need. Deployment takes the shortest time because
everything is put in place (Pressman, 2018).
