The Red villa Hotel wants to develop the Hotel management system to help the customer on the
booking and ensuring the customer gets the quality services from the Hotel. In the modern world
today customer prefer to book for the room or order for food online so there is need for the Red
villa Hotel to develop Hotel management system.
The business case and benefits of the developed system to the organization.
Business case Description.
The Red villa Hotel is one of five star Hotel in Sydney city, Australia. The hotel is owned and
run by Serena Group of companies. The company has branches worldwide. Red villa Hotel is
based in Sdyney Australia and it receives customers within Australia and all over the
wolrd.The company has decided to develop the Hotel management system to help it customer
in effective providing hospitality services to its customers. The system shall be running on
web(Sommerville, 2016). . The customer to use the system, has to be registered on the system
and provided with username and Password. The customer can successful login by providing
correct login details and access system features such as book room, make payment, order food
and make inquiry about booking .The system users shall be customer, staff and system
administrator. The system administrator’s role is to add and remove customer. The role of
staff is to prepare booking and reply customer’s query.
