foodies. Calombaris is a current shareholder of this Melbourne-based hospitality group. This
paper aims to use PESTLE analysis for this hospitality group to identify the key issues faced, by
this company. Due to the scandal over employee’s wages, this organisation has collapsed
voluntary administration.

The business of a restaurant chain can be affected by several political factors like political
stability, health and safety regulation fixed by the Australian government. It can be said that
Australia is a politically stable country. However, this organisation has to follow the health and
safety regulation set by the Australian government to do its business successfully

Several economic factors like minimum wage and economic situation of a country can
