Introduction
According to Koca (2015), most of the people have a greater aspiration for home
ownership, and this has continued to enhance the expansion of the residential houses in
Australia. The demand has been attributed to the increased population over the years thus raising
the rental prices (Koca 2015). Construction of residential houses, therefore, puts a lot of
emphasis on the material costs, methods available for construction and the availability of the
market in the housing industries to help produce decent and affordable units (Koca 2015).
Conversely, despite the enormous task, construction entities must comply with the necessary
statutory laws to ensure that all the units’ meet the standard required for the clients’ safety and
comfort (Anon 1927). In this case, all the factors such footing, floor, sewer lines, roofing, and
framing system should be well fitted to enhance quality service (Anon 1927). On the other hand,
all processes involving the construction of residential houses across the globe must consider the
