Housing study is very important in multinational forum debate which is used in academic
in housing field. It includes various aspects from different tradition along with discipline that
involves economics, political science, urban studies, social, history, law and planning, sociology,

broad and flexible boundaries. This report determines health, wellbeing, social care and primary

The merits and problems of high density development
Density covers only to high rise buildings. It simply means new residential and

Traffic: it creates issues like noise pollution air pollution as well, people are not able to live. In

city centres crowd out affordably priced housing, unable to driving out long term residents.
Unavailability of outdoor space: there is no parking space, playground or parking and others
green spaces don’t in themselves provide income to developers, and must be planned in high
density developments to provide improved quality of life for would be residents.
Advantages

type of areas very useful because it is considered as public area, as well as high density
development. Public services are likely effective police and fire departments are less costly when

Different countries have various definition of homelessness, it is not about lack of
availability of house, it is related to unemployment, poverty, starvation, lack of mental health as
well as physical challenges, family conflict, domestic violence, etc. there are some points of
homelessness that is given below:
Lack of affordable housing: due to high rate of house people unable to buy it. This was
depending upon average house pricing being more than three times the median income. Due to
lack of availability house, people find themselves with few option. It becomes harder to find

the security purpose. Government are responsible for give home to the homeless people and also
give work, where they can manage their life style and develop the skills and abilities to do work
more and get prevent from homelessness issues. Government also reduce the cost or price of the
houses so well being people are able to afford houses. These all elements help in to cope with

on their education so they are able to buy houses and government have to focus on them
about their basic needs because, in the prospective of Hong Kong there are lack of
availability of housing and there is high density amount of property. So people are not
able to afford houses and the major issues is rent are so high that people unable to
afford, so government have to provide houses for certain period of time after that people
can buy its own house for the living purpose.
