Density covers only to high rise buildings. It simply means new residential and
commercial development at a density that is higher than what is typically found in the existing
community. It includes heavy concentration, entering in high density market with a new product,
it also considers as number of people in particular area and how uses land in relation to each
other. There is major issue of high density of housing are given below:
Traffic: it creates issues like noise pollution air pollution as well, people are not able to live. In
front of people houses there is no parking space available and it also directing more traffic

issues. Sometime it is very risky in context of children because children suddenly come out from
the house and there is lot of traffic so, it will very dangerous, if children hit buy any car or
vehicle.
Cost: High density housing is developing on posh area, so simple is that builders want to make
profit for each development. People can’t afford highly lavish house, that high dollar housing in
city centres crowd out affordably priced housing, unable to driving out long term residents.
Unavailability of outdoor space: there is no parking space, playground or parking and others
green spaces don’t in themselves provide income to developers, and must be planned in high
density developments to provide improved quality of life for would be residents.

Lower cost to maintain infrastructure of governments: In this, there is lack of space, and this
type of areas very useful because it is considered as public area, as well as high density
development. Public services are likely effective police and fire departments are less costly when

Higher density development can increase property values: it gives major advantage in term of
business. It can drive up their market value. Employers looks forward to open schools,
corporates tower, this thing more attractive for the employers and their workforce.
It can increase property value: again this is advantage, there is development area, big flats are
available so simply it means values are high and when there is strong sense of community or
availability of amenities with in a neighbourhood. There were some experts believe that having
multifamily housing nearby may enhance the pool of potential such future homebuyers, this

Geographically easier to manage school districts: Extensive school districts are expensive to
manage due to challenges and difficulties in managing in transportation and infrastructure among
broader area. Compact developments are most efficient and cost effective.

Lack of healthcare: Health care is very expensive, but many people are unaffordable buy
healthy diet items. It simply means spending high amount of money on health care while
struggling to pay rent, food and utilities. People are unable to do their routine check-up and
procedures, directing to higher medical cost down the road. One series injury or accident could
push an individual or family into homelessness.
Poverty: it is the major cause of homelessness there are points stagnant wages,
unemployment and high housing healthcare all these are play into poverty. In this people can
afford essentials like education food, housing that are highly enhance a person or family risk. To
address homeless effectively, governments and companies need to address poverty.
Racial inequality: it is the belief that groups of human possess various behavioural traits
corresponding to physical appearance it can be divided depend upon the superiority of one race
over another. In the prospective of united states racial minorities experience homeless and urban
development black people are three times more likely to lose housing. This thing gives causes of

Domestic violence: It covers behaviour between current or former intimate partners
typically where one partner tries to expert power and control, over the other usually by fear it can
involve physical, sexual, emotional, social, verbal, spiritual and economic abuse. People will flee

there were so many people, but their behaviour needs are different, this thing creates conflict
among the people. Families can kick out the individual or make the home environment
dangerous.
Lack of trustworthiness: some people unable to do trust either it will be a family, friend or
neighbour. Some people wants to live like a family and it simply needs a little guidance.
However, lack of relationship it causes a big hole (Lima, 2020).

Hong Kong is one of the largest houses crisis in the nation, there are various issues, like high
property prices, single parking spot, wealthiest are stuck in renting. To over from this problem,
people have to do love each other, according to secondary aspect government decided to give
shelters, hostels for certain period of time in the prospective of students whether they can study
and accomplish their aims and objectives. After that they are able to buy home and life their
life.in the relation of homeless females, government has to give additional hostels that including
the locations of the number of places in such hostels as well as implementation of time table for
the security purpose. Government are responsible for give home to the homeless people and also
give work, where they can manage their life style and develop the skills and abilities to do work
more and get prevent from homelessness issues. Government also reduce the cost or price of the
houses so well being people are able to afford houses. These all elements help in to cope with

availability of housing and there is high density amount of property. So people are not

afford, so government have to provide houses for certain period of time after that people
