Responsibility

INTRODUCTION
 Effective student are well performers in academic as well as in career process, learner
who stay active gain max. knowledge and become stable in academic session.
 It is very clear every learner have their own personal time which they can utilize it for
personal development, from organizing time to managing task on time, it is duty of
student to make themselves most effective in the process.
 Some student might have internal skills to improve weakness, these students have urge
to change themselves and craft best out of it. Effective student are key element in every
university, these students have brighter future as they follow every essential
requirement.
 Effective student avoid academic misconduct to gain max. knowledge out of what they
study in academic session. This report will discuss how to become an effective student.

How to become an effective student:
 Stay organized: Staying organized is one of the most common but important habit of
effective student, this simply means student have to well organize things that bring
easiness in their academic session for example organizing backpack, organizing time
and organizing personal habit to meet the development demand.
 Learner who have potential to explore new area have to stay organized because
unorganized student might miss important point taught in the classroom.
 Student should start organizing themselves by arranging backpack for classroom, take
our unnecessary things if not needed.
 Good organization of material bring activeness in student which help them to build a
better future.

Have an agenda
 Have an agenda: Having an agenda is second most important thing for effective
student because without proper planning an student can not get clear direction and often
fail to meet the requirement.
 Having an agenda means student ensure their work is completed on time with high
quality, planning important things in advance make task more effective.
 It is very clear to complete assignment and projects, student need to have agenda
including advance preparation of material and research allowing them to gain max.
knowledge about out of their research.
 Ineffective student might delay their task because of lack of agenda.

Activeness
 Activeness: Activeness is another important element for every student, staying active
in classroom is not enough, student have to stay active after class as well.
 It is very clear that learning is continuous process which means student can learn new
things from external environment if they stayed active.
 Effective student try to capture knowledge from the classroom because they know
staying active will not only help them to gain knowledge but this will help in clearing
academic in one go.
 Ineffective student might lack behind if they stay inactive as they show no interest in
classroom often result in failure.

No need of perfection
 No need of perfection: Student who are effective forget that perfection is dangerous
for them, this simply means if student consider themselves as perfect and no need to
learn then they will fail.
 Perfection does not suit in learning process because learning is wide term and
obviously, no one is perfect.
 Student should build habit to be perfect and should not consider themselves as perfect,
work hard to become effective will help student to gain max.
 knowledge and allow them to gain perfection over time. Remembering, early success in
academic is scam, perfection take time and comes with former experience.

Additional efforts
 Additional efforts: Additional efforts always pay off, student who give their best to
clear academic tend to have additional hard work, student should use additional
resource including online books, journals, article, magazine and other source to get
max. information.
 Effective student find best source and include information in their assignment and
project allowing them to become active in the classroom.
 Every student should have habit of putting extra efforts to their work as this will help
them to become perfect and help them to improve their career in further process.
 Ineffective student might not add additional efforts to complete their work which lead
to ineffective work in academic.

Personal management
 Personal management: Personal management is one of the most important element for
every student, it is very clear that effective student manage their personal time and
personal development process.
 Student should start personal management process from their bed for example
arranging their bed and clothes allowing them to get perfection in their work.
 Many studies have shown that personal management release relaxation in human body
which help individual to feel positive in their work.
 Effective student try to perform those task which lead to self relaxation pushing them to
be more effective in the academic as well as career process.

Study time
 Study time: Study time is crucial time, student should not mix study time with play
time because this might impact their performance in academic, many students believe
that managing study time is key to success in academic.
 Effective student try to keep personal time away from study time as they believe
personal time can be skipped but study time can not be skipped.
 Effective student will save free time and try to capture max. knowledge.
 Ineffective student might avoid valuable time and might even waste their study time.
Time management does matter in life of effective student allowing them to be different
from others.

Get involved
 Get involved: Getting involved is one way to stay active in academic session, student
should get involved in learning activity not on misconduct activity.
 It is very clear every student have interest in involving themselves in some kind of
external activity for example outdoor games.
 Effective student should involve themselves in outdoor games to gain healthy life as
well, many effective student miss outdoor activity which is quite important for their
health.
 There are many cases where effective student remain best in academic, but they fail in
outdoor activity, this may impact their body posture which get damage with too many
studies.

Use technology
 Use technology: Using technology is one way to meet the requirement of development,
student need to have max. knowledge of the latest technology because this will help
them in academic session and this might help them in employment process as well.
 Effective student try to use technology to bring easiness in their task, using technology
itself is an skill.
 However, effective student do not completely depend upon technology because they
believe technological advancement will bring laziness in their work and will make
them less effective in completing their task.
 Ineffective student might end up using technology too much or completely depending
on technology impacting their life.

becoming effective student because this is main area which decide whether a student is
effective or not.
 Academic integrity allow student to follow policy and procedure of university,
effective student avoid academic dishonesty including miss leading information,
plagiarism, cheating, misconduct and other academic dishonestly and integrity.
 Effective student should focus on betterment of their academic life and improvement in
academic area to become successful.
 Ineffective student are key holders of academic dishonestly who impact other student
as well, dishonesty will lead to end of career in bad way so it is important to avoid
academic dishonesty.
