Millennial are the participants of the younger generation. Innovation and progress are their
religion. In four walls they don't like to be bound, just like to be free to all and obligations laws
and regulations. Integrating them through the SIS would help the organization offer creative
global breaking-through, programs that lead to customer needs and deepest needs. However, that
may provide a cynical eye psychologically, i.e. the elderly may opt for more reliable and safe
facilities. The firm needs a strong promotion and awareness campaign. The company needs
research. In addition, the distance created by shifts in generation should be bridged. The gene X
and baby boomers will help and foster thousands of years of life. While, the millennia must meet
and be have according to their social obligations (Casey and Vogel, 2019). Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs), involving sustainability, climate change, stability, justice, poverty
and growth, are linked to the Millenniums. They have unique patterns in consumption which
make SDGs achievable. Their interests and attitudes encourage environmental growth and fair
justice for all. Global literacy of the millennium is part of your daily experience as you have
grown up with the internet and social media. 79% of thousand years ' workers are committed to
businesses that care about their social consequences. Corporate social responsibility is important
to reduce poverty and boost quality in life. They also inspired their staff to devote their time and
other businesses to invest 1% of their income on voluntary organisations (Octastefani and Rum,
2019).
