INTRODUCTION
This report will identify the developing individuals and team organization and the
implementation for learning and developing needs as in the organization for this approach and in
this study we will describe them. Hightown housing charitable housing association established
and situated in united kingdom they believe that everyone should have their own home where
they live with their families and they support those needy. Hightown housing provide care and
support to the people who are in the desperately need the housing, they provide them housing on
appropriate range and on easy installments. they develop hundreds of housings in the new area
and making new home every year. They rise the housing in the rising in the affordable housing.
In this project we will discuss about the knowledge, skills and behavior of the HR advisory as a
high town housing in whatever condition HR advisory should have these attributes of
knowledge, skills and behavior for any condition. Learning and development of the human
resource adviser what are the learning skills and development techniques is followed by the high
town housing. In the section 2 the high performance management about the performance
management and how to manage performance of employees in the organization.
SECTION 1
Knowledge, skills and behavior as roles of HR advisor
Knowledge – In the section of the knowledge as an HR adviser will have a firm educational
foundations for the HR advisory there are different knowledge structure to follow. Advisor
should be good with his or her presentation skills because as adviser must be a presenter who can
present the guidance to the employees of the organization who can help the employee with ease
and in the best possible way. HR adviser must have a specific knowledge about every employees
of the organization about there work and about there departments. HR adviser must have the best
and appropriate knowledge about the polices and strategies that can be used in the well-fair of
the employees. HR adviser have only duty where they have to understand the needs and
importance of the employees in the organization.
HR ad visor must have an effective managerial quality by which adviser can easily
manage all the employees. HR adviser should have good knowledge in how to tackle a

employees grievances and provide them help and insist them for good services to satisfy them.
HR adviser should have a good command on new technology so that adviser can help there
employees and help them to teach and answer there all questions. HR adviser should be good
intellectually and education level as he has to form the strategies for employees benefit and has
to take instant decisions to resolve the problems and encompass the smooth running of the
organization. HR adviser should also know how to evaluate an employees' attitude and their
efficiency and also train them to be efficient for the organization. The HR adviser should also
have some personal goals which will help him to be motivated and work more efficiently. HR
adviser should have a knowledge about the staffing, recruiting and how staffing works in the
organization and how to give training as selection of the employees.
Skills-
There are many skills of a human resource adviser . The communication skills of the HR
adviser plays a very important role because it is on them for getting in new employees and the
first impression on any person or employee is of the HR department or in the workforce. As
every organization wants good and effective employees as same Hightown housing association
needs good employees because the association is charitable house providing who do manage the
funds of charity and such people who believe in this purpose of life and help others and it is
difficult to find as in company. HR also has to have an ability to solve issues and problems in
any kind of situation or in any department because human resource department employees have
main aim to resolve and manage the issues and grievances of employees.
HR is the fresh face who changes according to the work culture of organization of any
association and Hightown housing association. The HR adviser should be multitasking as they
face lots of problems regarding the employees issues and problems regarding Hightown housing
association HR advisor is very good with that because sometimes there has to be a change in the
association and the employee may like it or may not like it but the HR adviser acts like a bridge
between the two and Finds a reason behind every problem's and ultimately find solution for the
problem and makes the association work smoothly. Hightown housing HR advisers are so
talented and n these bases they have been recruited and among the recruitment process the skill
set is the major aspect where skills like leadership skills, managerial skills, communication skills
are important skills which is been reflected(Stewart 2019).

The HR adviser of Hightown housing association makes sure that the all the ethics and
culture of the association is followed not just by the association but even themselves. HR adviser
are the first person who follow the rituals and rules, regulations of organization an HR beliefs
whatever is set in the favor of association is must be followed by everyone. The HR adviser must
be experienced in this field because the association needs more professional workers in the
organization experience is must because HR is the person who take care all the do's and don't in
the organization. Leadership quality of the adviser must be good because this will affect the work
and workforce of the organization and also efficient work will not take place and it leads to
chaos within the association (Woodcock 2017). Any of the employee is having any difficulty
then the adviser must resolve it. The communication gaps in the association must be fulfilled and
the way of communicating with the business managers or the employees must be good. HR must
make sure that all the employees are sharing a good relationship with everyone.
Personal skill audit
Strengths-
HR advisor strengths according to me would be that HR advisor can take any measures
related to anyone in the organisation unless and until he or she is designated and have that
responsibility. The employees coming in the organisation are due to HR selection and
recruitment process and the dealing of them with the organisation is in the nature of the HR.
according to the strengths of HR have a major role in the association like making the people
know the changing in the strategic planning of the association and make sure that the new
changing are being accepted by everyone. The employees having any problem with the
association and the HR is aware of that then the gap between the employee and the management
team is filled in by the HR team. The HR team has direct association with the management of the
organisation whereas the other employees do not have that privilege. HR has a responsibility
and strengths to make the security and safety in the organisation. He strengthens the organisation
like the high town housing. Strengths can not be given it is self developed in the human itself.
Weaknesses-
HR is supposed to work efficiently because if they do not do so then that can create major
issues for the association. Sometimes HR need assistance as because they are also humans and

careful while selecting new employees because that effects a company or organisation majorly.
Charity is not always provided by the people and there can be ups and downs regarding the
charity and getting charity is also a task for the HR. People working with a charity firm is very
difficult to handle and that could be a major drawback for the company. The communication
skills is a major draw back for the association
Opportunities-
HR advisor has to very well groomed and qualified so that they can select people
properly. The opportunities regarding this organisation would be that they can gain experience
from this company and use it somewhere else. Hightown housing is charity based and getting the
right staff is the biggest task for them. A lot of techniques and HR qualities can be learnt from
this organisation or association (Johnson and et.al., 2019).
Threats-
There are sudden situations in the association which the HR has to deal with and that
could turn out to be threat for the HR advisor and the entire team. Charity money could be a
great threat for the association and the HR advisor will have major problems regarding that field.
Difference between organisational and individual training and development.
The knowledge plasy vital role in terms to create, develop and maintain by individual
towards to gain organisational goal. Thus, different between organisational and individual

professional services to customer's, clients and community. Within this competitive time period,
CPD allows employees to develop and gain the core skills and also gives directions to
individuals that supports to undertake their organization practices more effectively.

High performance working is a system which promises to increase the efficiency of
working which increase the productivity of the employees and organization as well. High
performance working includes selective hiring of employees and training pay based of the

high town housing is improved and now they achieve high product quality, better customer
service and customer satisfaction, lower rate of employee turnover and increased employee
involvement and cooperation. It is not necessary that every company has to use or must use the
high performance some companies also emphasis on the high skills and knowledge or on the
experienced employees some companies rely on the innovation and speed. Where high town

team and they work very effectively. Team is build by the trust and effective communication
among the employees and here workers with good knowledge skills and expertise in cooperation
by ascertaining team skills with trust and good communication will lead them towards the
effective team.
Knowledge share in hightown housing where they interacts with the lot of the customers
or peoples where employees have to deal with various attitudes there is a need for the knowledge

There are five key steps involves in the approaches for a good performance management:

both are interrelated with each other. Results show the improvement in their approaches
how the performance is managed.
CONCLUSION
This study over human resource adviser helps to know that they have different practices
which helps them to be a effective HR adviser and companies like Hightown housing also obtain
and pick a person who are well established with these three qualities of knowledge, skills and
attributes. Hightown housing association's human resource have to manage 'performance basis
pay' system. This will encourage the employees to work harder. It is a major factor to create the
high working environment for the employees and the major problem solving teams in the
association are like ensuring employee security and selective hiring and compensation based on
high result. Also, described the key elements that make up the HPW systems and the system
operation within organization.
