High town housing is and association which is providing the charitable services to the
people which need support. People which cannot buy the houses or buy the houses on rent. So
the company is providing the houses to those people which need them. The report consist of
developing team and the organization which would help the company to work efficiently.
Developing team is affecting the growth of the company which needs to make the team work
effectively. The report is concentrating on the knowledge skills and attributes of hr advisors
