People management is a process of managing
manpower within a company. It help the
company to identify the skills and talents of
their workforce and it also helps to handle the
problems which arise within a company.
Managing manpower is essential to appoint
right person on right job.

About the company
HERVI is an UK based company which deals in clothing and beauty products for
females only. It is located in Bradford, UK. It is an small scaled company with 75
employees. The following company require to hire HR assistant manager because to
handle and inspire the presented workforce. There are overall 75 employees which
must be managed properly and it is also needed that HR assistant manager must
handle all job activities which is performed by superior power in the absence of HR
manager.

Job Description
Job Title- HR assistant Manager
Reported To- HR Manager
Job Summary- To Handle HR activities and to handle the situations in case of absence
of HR manager and also to suggest innovative ideas for growth to HR manager.
Responsibilities-
 HR assistant manager is responsible to observe and record the performance of
employees.
 Detection of problem and providing optimum solution.
 In case of any query related to working under the representative position, report to
HR manager.
 Assist HR manager in recruitment and selection of new employees.
Qualification and other requirements-
 MBA in HR stream, minimum 70% marks from recognised university.
 Minimum 2-4 year of relevant experience in well established company.

Person Specification
Qualification- MBA in relevant stream with minimum percentage of 70% from recognised university.
Experienced- Minimum 4 year of experience in relevant field from a well-reputed company.
Basic skills-
 Decision-making.
 Evaluating surrounding environment.
