Human resources management unit of the business is involving various important task and
activities in context to the proper recruitment and development of the employees with in
organization. Career and job opportunities, is very higher in context to the job profile of HR
manager, executive and supportive. Such as the changing skills requirements, artificial
intelligence increases the job opportunities. For example need of the HR manager with new
