INTRODUCTION
Career Viewpoint refers to the views a particular student has towards making of Career in
the future. Thus it is important for the students to be able to make sure that the Career viewpoints
are developed in an appropriate manner without facing problems and issues. This helps in
achieving relevant success in the future (Kamoche and et.al., 2015). This report will focus on the
HR profession and the way it will benefit the students in the future when they follow it. This
profession has an impact on the Education sector and the employability skills of the students
which they can attain in order to become employable in the future. This can help further in jobs
for the students because by becoming HR manager they will be able to assess the different types
of needs and requirements of the organizations and recruit and hire candidates accordingly.
Through the use of an online research questionnaire the different types of questions can be asked
to the students to get more details on the HR sector. The use of an Interview is important for
having a face-to-face conversation with the different types of people to get to know their
viewpoints. Additionally, the use of research technique can be made so that the collection of the
data can be done more appropriately. Therefore in this report, coverage will be provided on the
same. Also Personal Analysis, Career Action Plan and CV will be discussed as a part of this
assignment.
MAIN BODY
Scenario- I am a student who is studying in the university. It is my dream to become HR
manager in the future. This will help me in getting to know specific needs and requirements in
the HR sector so that I am able to achieve the appropriate goals and objectives in the future.
Introduction to the HR profession
HR profession includes a wide range of activities which help a person to be able to
understand the wide range of dynamics surrounding the Human Resources in an organization
(Känsälä, Mäkelä and Suutari, 2015). I want to become an HR manager as this will particularly
help me a lot to be able to ensure that I can engage in the activities which will benefit me in
knowing more about the candidates and assessing their skills and competencies properly.
Impact on the business sector
HR profession has a strong impact which can be created on the business sector. This can
be particularly useful in ensuring that the businesses are able to run in an appropriate manner. I

think that this profession is particularly useful for the businesses in getting to know more about

Thus it can be said that this particular profession is very helpful in carrying out frequent

Research technique
To make the research more effective in the future the data needs to be compiled in a
much better way (Spanjaard, Hall and Stegemann, 2018). Thus while doing research I will make
sure that I am able to gather the data in a much appropriate manner so that the research is carried
out properly.

Personal analysis refers to the use of different types of methods and techniques which can
help a person to be able to analyse himself/herself to find out own strengths and weaknesses, the
