INTRODUCTION
The report will cover current researcher and skill in the HR professional scope. It includes
employee relations, onboarding, performance management, human resources information,
scheduling, teamwork and collaboration, project management, cutomer service and worker's
compensation. I like to start my career in HR professional that requires lots of skill and
knowledge . After reading the research report, I have improved my communication skill that
help me to build good relationship between employees and employer. I have learnt problem
solving skill that make me more confident so I can easily focus on my careers goals. In during
pandemic, the artificial intelligence and information technology become more trend in work
professional. This project study help me to learn about how to use advance technology in HR
professional . I have developed leadership strategies that important for organisation as good
leader can align the goal of employees and employer so organisation easily achieve its goal. In
HR profession is required management skill, I have learnt businesses management strategies
such planing, decision making, staffing, interpersonal skill, motivation, commercial awareness
etc. The project study is help for me to understand the external environment such as government
policies, different working culture, market and trend and workforce etc.
The certain skill and knowledge require to develop the good human resource, so I have
applied the swot analysis. It help to identify my overall prospects of myself that help me to
