INTRODUCTION
This presentation paper will be based on the field of Human Resource Management as an
area of my professional interest. Human resource management refers to the management of
people which are employed in an organization in order to increase their functioning and ability to
perform for the betterment of the company.
MAIN BODY
Human Resource Management
It is the duty of the human resource manager to provide the employees with proper
training and development within the organization. For the same, I will have to analyse the
current skills of the existing employees and detect the areas in which they need to
improve and then indulge them with training accordingly.
As a human resource manager, it would be my responsibility to ensure the safety of the
employees within the organization and provide them with a healthy, safe and happy
workspace (Bratton, and et.al, 2021).
