INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is that branch of management in an organization, which is
specifically dedicated towards management and development of Human capitals in the
organization (Pucik, Evans and Björkman, 2017). The manager in any organization responsible
for undertaking and fulfilling responsibilities of this branch is regarded as Human resource
manager. Therefore, it can be understood that tasks of Human resource manager is specific,
scientific and psychological, altogether (Strohmeier, 2020). This report is the reflection of the
writer, where writer has intended to discuss qualities and capabilities possessed as weakness and
strengths, and this way there is a self evaluation of the writer. Secondly, there is development of
an action plan strictly in prospects of skills required by Human Resource manager. Also, looking
at future, Curriculum vitae and a useful LinkedIn profile is also tried to be developed.

Self-Evaluation
In this section of report I shall be making analysis and evaluation of those skills and
abilities that are in possession of me in good manner and that also which are not in good manner.
This means that, here, in this section I shall be evaluating my strengths and weaknesses, with
regards of skills required as to become an efficient Human Resource manager.
Strengths- Though, there are many skills that has evolve in the process of evolvement and
ascertaining thus age. They can be said to get cultivated in me, through various experiences that I
had acquired and also through various activities in which I participate in school and colleges. For
example, I consider that my confidence level is the gift of sports I have done in my school and
college, whereas the communication skills I have are more considered by me as the gift of many
range of co-curricular activities (Collins, 2021) & (Delery and Roumpi, 2017).
Weaknesses- Looking at the weaknesses, there are many and I have to make much evolvement as
soon as possible. So that, a quick, effective and long term career can be built by me. According
to me the biggest weakness I have is that I do not have sufficient restraints towards changes.
Like, whenever I face any quick and sudden changes any plan or any new challenge occur in the
