Resource. The human resource management is defined as
the process of effectively managing and recruiting

The HR professional look into the business of managing
the employees in the organization. My dream job in Human
resource is to be HR manager and in order to fulfil it I

position.

In relation to the chosen field I aspire to become an HR manager and in order to reach that position
I have to follow the different carer paths in Human Resource.

The challenges I can face in order to reach at the position as an HR manager, proper skills ,
knowledge and experience is necessary.
Problems I can face is the not having proper guidance about the specific job role and knowledge
. Lack of active listening skills and in skill required to have leadership skills can be a barrier in
my future
I order to overcome those challenges I focused on improving and attended various training
sessions, attended classes for improving so that I can improve them which can be effective for
me in the future.
