Development of human resources is very important for enterprise as this can assist firm in
developing talented as well as skilled workforce. Human is the significant resource that has high
potential to assist business entity in achieving their goals and objectives.
Human resource development is defines as the structure that are designed in order to support
employees to develop personal and professional skills and knowledge. It is the significant part of
Human resource management that particularly deals with training as well as development of
workers in an enterprise. Human resource development intends to provide various career and
learning opportunities to employees. Its objective is to provide guidance to individual so that
person can strengthen and increase their knowledge, skills and abilities. There are various forms
in which learning can be facilitated such as on the job training, online coaching, reading text
books and newspaper etc.
The assignment has focus on assessing the importance of learning curve and transferring
the same to organization so that tasks can be achieved. It will also have emphasizes on analyzing
the various method and significance of learning. The project will highlight the government's role

Due to high level of competition, Sun Court limited is required to develop effective
strategies and policies. Competitive environment has created major challenge for its workforce.
Workers are needed to develop their own career path through the training and development
program me or procedure facilitated by Sun court Ltd.
Each an every individual have different leaning style. There are many learning styles that can be
adopted by person, some learning method are correspondent to particular situation or
circumstances. It is very essential for person to develop the understanding about the learning
style. Behavior and institute are the two major factors that have great influence on learning
technique adopted by individual. There are basically 4 learning styles these are:
Activist-These type of learning method is adopted by those employees whose believe in gaining
practical experience by conducting various activities. Such person able to gain lot of experience
within short period. In dynamic and rapid changing environment and increasing experience
requirement these people engage them various activities and taking wider responsibilities.
Activist learners are able to perform task but they are less skillful and competent.
Theorist- This method or learning style are adopted by those people who want to become expert.
Employees those who use this learning pattern are generally perfectionist and this technique has
enabled them to make effective and suitable decisions. Such type of people gives priority to

logical theories before making any decisions. Determination made by them is not based on their
previous learning or experience. They conduct research and their decisions are based on rational
findings on present scenario.
Pragmatists- People with this learning style are practical in nature and takes initiatives to explore
as well as capture various learning opportunities. Their decisions are generally based on their
learning experience. Such types of learners have high potential and ability to take big
responsibilities and adopt various skills accordingly. These people are easily adaptable to
changing as well as challenging environment. Sun court Ltd firm required to hire such type of
learner as they take less time as compared to other in adjusting in new environment.
Reflectors-Employees or person only take initiative to explore opportunities. They are least
interested in participating in various activities in organization. These types of learner believe in
deep thinking and are categorized among the slow learner. Reflector takes time to develop the
understanding about particular situation. Such type of people generally consume lot of time in
analyzing the information and considering thoroughly about particular fact. These employees
have low decisions making power (Gallo and et.al., 2014)
1.2 Discussing learning curve and importance of transferring learning to the organization
This curve is defines as a pictorial representation that represents the time based on
learning process and the level of knowledge gained by the procedure. Steep learning curve
indicates that individual is trying to gain lot of knowledge in short time span. It can be used for
evaluating workers ability to produce effective outcome by completing particular task. By
developing the understanding about different learning styles the human resource manager in Sun
Court Ltd. Would able to plan for suitable training and development program me. It can be used
by Personal manager in Sun Court Company for plotting the information that are to be covered in
during particular learning period.
Transfer learning can be defined as an significant aspects in terms of workplace learning
due to practical attributes that are required to be learned in organization .Effective learning
transfer helps individual in enhancing their skills and learning various techniques to solves
business problems. This method can be very beneficial for the person for fulfilling their roles and
duties in systematic manner. Transfer of knowledge enables learner to enhance their knowledge
and learn from other person mistakes. It also allows person to gain practical experience and
increasing their working efficiency. Transfer learning provides individual an opportunity to
realize the things taught to them in training program and apply such learning in their practical
life. It also provides workers a chance to promote transfer learning and identify the skills as well
as knowledge required to become expert in particular field. This activity enables employees to
