There are some obvious ethical concerns associated with the proposed ownership in
human resource consulting. One of the major issues will be the maintenance of the diversity in
the workforce due to the reason that even though diversity will be promoted but there are
chances where eligible employees from a particular cultural group are not available. In this case,
the equality in the workforce will be hampered. Another major ethical concern will be meeting
the expectations and requirements of the clients (Jackson, Schuler & Jiang, 2014). This is due to
the reason that different clients will have diverse sets of requirements and there are chances of
not meeting their expectations even with having similar level of value propositions. It is
recommended that partnership will be initiated for the new venture due to the reason that with
the help of the partnership, more capitals can be attracted with more number of directors. In
addition, partnership firms will not have to face the difficulties and complexities of commencing
under the company act. Hence, the new venture will be on the basis of partnership ownership.
In becoming a successful entrepreneur, one needs to have visionary skills, which already
I have acquired by working as the human resource officer. I got to identify about the opportunity
that can be gained by providing the human consulting services (Zahra & George, 2017). In
addition, working as the human resource manager actually helped me in having the
competitiveness to deal with different sets of human nature, which will be beneficial for
managing the client bases.
