This paper consists of the different aspects related to human resource development in the
HK based organization. The company going to hire its group management trainees for the
coming year of the business. As the group management trainees help in the proper management
of the business. The CEO of the company asked the director of the human resource for the
various aspects of the business. The HR development is one of the essential processes of the
organization and it manages the overall recruiting process of the overall business. The paper
needs discussion and advice on the "equal opportunity for everyone and different opportunities
for different peoples".
Advice related to the equal opportunity for everyone
Being the director, I need to consider that equal opportunity for everyone and different
opportunities for different peoples. The equal opportunities are used for the people and human
resource development as the equal opportunity is the right to treat the people without any
differences and especially as per the sex, age and gender. But the organization needs to be
followed the equal opportunity for everyone as everyone needs to use in the human resource
development and hire each and everyone as per the group management trainees. As per the
director, I have been adviced that in the process of hiring the group management trainees, the
equal opportunity for everyone is necessary as men or women both suitable in the human
resource development of the HK based organization (Rich, 2015). Equal opportunity is a process
in which all the candidates of a job are treated in an equal manner.
Being the director, I have adviced that the discrimination is not based on the involuntary
personal attributes like sex, ethnic origin or racial. Equal opportunities to everyone is essential
for the better development of the human resource. In HK based organization, all people need to
be treated equally or similarly as it created several disadvantages among the organization. By
following the equal opportunity, the best person gets the best promotion as per their education
and several other qualities. The diversity in the organization needs to values everyone's
differences among the people. As the director, I need to advice the human resource development
of organization needs to follow the principles of equal opportunity which includes the principle
of non-discrimination that helps to maintain better opportunities among education, employment,
benefits and advancement (Noe, et al., 2015).

The equal opportunity includes several examples like it offers training, guidance,
development and even job mentoring is a non-discriminatory basis at the workplace. HK based
organization needs to be maintained the equal opportunities by several examples which include
adherence of laws, posting and advertising, layoff procedures and training and development.
The HK based organization needs to use the several laws related to the equal opportunity to the
organization to improve the overall process. Being the director, I have adviced that it is the most
essential part of human resource development to use the equal opportunity for everyone in the
business organization. The main examples of this aspect are to use the training and development
for hiring the group management trainees.
Advice related to the different opportunities for different people
As per the equal opportunity for everyone, the different opportunities for different people
is also important as the different type of people needs to give different opportunities so that
everyone properly manages their process. Being the director, I need to advice the people of the
human resource development that they required to select the people for the different job roles as
per their opportunities (Tolbert and Hall, 2015). This process gives the proper job roles to the
different people as per their education and other qualities. This improves the hiring process of the
HK based organizations and hires the best members from this process.
The different opportunities are given to different people as the different people have
different qualities so they are hiring for different job roles in the business. This increases the
employment opportunities among society and improves the overall business process as related to
human resource development. As a director, I need to advice the people of the human resource
development to hire the people as per their qualities so that the concept of different opportunities
for different people has been applied in the HK based organizations. By this, the Hongkong
based organizations improve their qualities in hiring the members for the group management and

increase the different opportunities for the overall people and employees (Shymko and
Gabaldon, 2015). I have adviced adopting this concept for the betterment of the organization as it
helps to implement the better recruitment process in the HK based organizations.
As per the director of the human resource development, I give the information to the
CEO that I have applied this concept in the recruiting process of the company and hire the group
members for management as per undertaking this concept. The examples of this concept are that
the manager of the business have different qualities and the leader of the business organization
has different qualities so the different qualities need to have in these job roles so the different
opportunities are given to the different people (Petersen, 2012). I have adviced the organization
to adopt the better culture in the process of human resource development as the equal
opportunity given to everyone and not create the differences as per the sex and gender but must
give the different opportunities for different people as per the qualities of education and
employment.
As per the director, I have adviced adopting these concepts in the human resource
development of the organizations to hire and recruit better people so that the organization
achieves better and proper growth in the organization. This concept is one of the best practices
that must be achieved by the human resource development of HK based organizations.
