because they control and manage all activities and manpower at workplace. They have
responsibility to hire the most effective and suitable candidates for the firm so that they can help

experience both personal as well as professional development. Present project report is based on
TESCO which is the largest organisation in United Kingdom. Analysis of personal skills will be
done in this scenario and after that, professional development plan will be created which
highlights the advantages of high performance working in the company. Apart from this, various
performance management approaches are explained in this report.

responsibility of management department to develop the personality, skills, knowledge and
attitude of employees towards their work and task (DuFour and DuFour, 2013). The TESCO
organisation provide so many different types of products and services to their customers in
reasonable price place and in festival time they provide those products in very low price which
