1.1 Skills and attributes analysis required by HR professionals
A famous British multinational retailer named as TESCO PLC, which was found in the
year of 1919 by Jack Cohen and it is having it's headquarter at Hertfordshire, London, England,
United Kingdom. Along with this, it is a private retailer who is performing at international
retailing sector. Company's HR department basically promotes equality and diversity, employee
engagement and safety/health with the help of integration, training and development and
performance management (Cole, 2018). This helps them in enhancing employees' skills and
attributes. Away with this, Tesco has also taken into consideration of continuous improvement
procedures and plans for staff member's continuous professional development.

Employee Involvement could result in healthy solution to common business problems of
TESCO PLC, it would not only help in finding effective problems but would also result in

as managers are under constant pressure to make quick and effective decisions and do not have
time for reflection, discussion and feedback.

be general approach to managing company's aim to stimulate more effective employee
involvement and commitment in order to achieve high levels of performance.
2.4. Evaluation
Collaborative working would help TESCO PLC in meeting all the different range of
goals and objectives in a short span. This will help firm in meeting various objectives like

Conclusion
With the help of above mentioned report, it is being concluded that HR manager plays a
crucial role for a business organisation and it is important for firm to keep on making different
