INTRODUCTION
In this assignment, the main objective is to recognize the managerial behavior and skills for
development and establish High-performance standard with related to the specific organization
Hightown Housing Association. It also refers to the professional development by the HR adviser
for the skills and behavior of the organization.It also makes some essential highlights to
improve the team skills and performance, which helps to understand the various organizational
strategies towards the development.
This assignment is provided a various explanation that skills, behavior and knowledge are
necessarily needed in the HRadviser and which helps to make effective plans for improving
learning. These activities help to promote the betterment of performance of the organization.

improving of the skills and knowledge, it helps to make self-learning. Through organization

formal way to improve self-learning helps to implement the professional developmentand the
standards of it (Cohen, 2012).
As an HR adviser at Hightown HousingAssociation, I have to make my own analysis of my
knowledge and skills and also analyzed the improved structure of skills and behavior. There are
some set of requirements of knowledge, skills, behavior at the time of performing the HR job
role in the organization.

Every HR have that skills to make a quick decision in the favor or organization, so there
