INTRODUCTION
Human Resource Development is the model for serving workers to create their
individual and organisational ability, skills, and knowledge. It is one of the most significant
opportunities that employer want when they consider them as an employs. The entire skills,
knowledge or ability will continue to develop its skills and it assist employees to retain and
motivate. This present report is based on “People 'R' Us” organisation which is a HR consultancy
firm and provide suggestions about human resource management to Sun court residential homes
limited. In this report, different learning styles, role of learning curve and their importance are
covered. Other than that, contribution of learning styles and entire theories, training needs for
staff and their advantage and disadvantages are discussed. Along with this, the given report
elucidates duty of the government in session of a training, skills development and lifelong
learning.

There are different studies for learning style, and studies indicate that every individual
person use different learning styles. Through it theory, people could be classified into various
concept based on their learning styles. So, the people are not restricted to only one learning style
(Knowles and Swanson, 2014). Some learning styles solve specific issues, but some style of
learning solve the entire problems. Working and learning techniques are based on behaviour of
the people. If they want to adapt learning style, then they can learn. There are number of learning
styles but the some learning style are very important in the organisation. Visual learning style is
an effective style of the learning because through it, people can see the picture of future and they
will work according to it. Aural style of learning is also the best one because it is based on good
communication. It is very necessary style, it should be in the people or employees who working
in the organisation. Verbal style refers using language and both in speech and writing. Physical
learning style prefer using employee's physical structure, hands and sense of touch. These entire
learning style solve different problem and it will work according to different situation in the
organisation or their departments. Through it, people can learn skills, knowledge, and get the
information of numbers of topics. It is the effective learning styles which can be used in the Sun
