resource of company as well as its importance within business firm. This events result in
setting my mind to select human resource as career because it have wider scope as well as I
will be able to get better future opportunities as an graduate employment.
General trends which will impact selected profession – In every profession some recent
trends come which help people to work in more effective manner and accomplish
organisation as well as own goals. There are several trends in Human resource explanation of
these are as follows:-

resource division also must follow suits. The office's duty is to turn out new advanced
