INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is related to manage in engaging guiding and training employees
to retain employee for longer period of time (Brien, Anthonisz and Suhartanto, 2019). This
industry is an important part of any organization irrespective of its size and scope. Present report
is conducted to identify the trends in HR industry for this I have underlined my skills and
knowledge to have job opportunity in this sector.
Aim of the project
The aim of the present project,
“To identify current and the most general set of trends seen within HR industry in
addition with presenting a review of knowledge, skills, and experience needed to be required in
HR industry to gain higher graduate employability

Analysis and application
In order to conduct effective analysis related to the current trend in most general set of trends in
human resource industry in addition with evaluating and making review of knowledge skills and
experience which is required in the same industrial sector and to have better graduate
employment opportunity, advantage of both primary and secondary source of information as well
as data analysis has been conducted. In addition to this advantage of interpretivism philosophy is
being undertaken in present project which helps in assuring in conducting better as well as
detailed insight in human opinion (Francis and Baum, 2018). In addition to this advantage of
inductive set of research approaches being undertaken. This helps in making improvement in
better canning and testing of collected information and facts. Furthermore advantage of
qualitative research method is being undertaken which is significantly appropriate for current
study as it provides collection of theoretical an in-depth set of data and information with the help
of interview. Furthermore the selection and advantage of interview method in order to collect
information and data from primary sources is suitable as it significantly helps in determining
viewpoint and perception of participants. In context to this, 3 respondents has been selected those
who are performing their roles and responsibilities as an HR manager in United Kingdom firms.
This helps in having better analysis of data and information which is being stated in present
project appendix. In addition to this review and analysis of secondary information is being
significantly done with the help of literature review which helps in evaluating and analysing
information and facts in order to have better understanding and knowledge of the present topic
aim and objectives. For this in depth review of generals and articles is being done for which
secondary research being conducted below:

General trends influencing the HR profession
In context with the information that has been evaluated by Maxim, Julian and Huadong, 2019 it
has been evaluated that the present most recent trend that has been duly seen in influencing and
market in the HR industry is inclusive of digital as well as automated way of working. In
addition to this trend of leading higher diversity together artificial intelligence supporting with a
gig economy and the advantage of productivity skill and cloud based tech is driving in current
industry. Main aim behind this is to have talented and skilled employees those who can fulfill
corporate strategy in effective manner. Furthermore it has been underlined are due to the
outbreak of Covid-19 these trends are playing important role in HR industry, as it helps them to
take them to take use of technology such as artificial intelligence and emphasise upon a human-
centric in nature to conduct roles and responsibilities in effective manner (Topić, 2020).
Furthermore it has also been underlined that due to the significant increase in the concept of
globalization understanding there is increase in the understanding and importance of workforce
diversity in HR industrial sector which helps in conducting roles and responsibilities with
candidates of different backgrounds, culture, nation and other element. In addition to this it has
been identified from the primary research that the current trends are making changes in HR
industry and helping in creating positive influence on the HR profession (Young, 2019). All
these trends are providing support to take advantage of email, digital channels etc in order to
engage employees and further maximize their talent with the help of providing them regular
training.
The required skills, experience and knowledge
According to the perception of Wach, Wehner and Kabst, 2021 it has been evaluated and analyse
that there are number of competencies and skills which is needed for candidates or individual

those who are looking for the job opportunity in HR industry. According to the trends and set of
trends in this industry it has been identified that skills like critical thinking, leadership skills,
time management, analytical skill in addition with strong communication skill is required by
individual in this industry. From the analysis it has been identified that in HR industry it is
essential to have strong communication and interaction with large number of people as it acts as
a bridge among top management and employees (Wahyuningtyas, 2020). This enhances the
importance of communication skills in this industry. In addition to this to manage multi-task time
management and analytical skill is playing important role in this industry which is assisting
employees to perform roles and responsibilities in a well defined and effective manner.
Furthermore it has been identified their critical thinking skill is also playing important role in HR
industry as it allows to recruit and select most competent, talented employees with the help of
strong decision making (Ybema, van Vuuren and van Dam, 2020). In addition to this it is also
essential for a candidate to have significant understanding of the legislation and laws associated
to this industry in order to conduct roles and responsibilities associated to compensation,
management of employees, succession planning etc to have a positive workplace which
encourage productivity and profitability on simultaneous basis.
Evaluation
The job vacancy that I have been selected by me is appropriate according to my competency
level skills and knowledge. I have selected to be in HR manager within the company in United
Kingdom. The primary reason behind selecting the opportunity in this organization is that
respective organization leading company in London serving customers needs and demands in
effective manner. With have strong HR practices HR principles and competitive in industry
company is successfully operating respective job opportunity. This will help me to utilise my
competencies and skills to assure competent career growth. With having job role in this company
I can maximise my number of skills such as analytical skills, technical skills and better
knowledge of this industry to have more competent career growth.

According to the above mentioned reported has been concluded that human resource industry is
one of the leading industrial sector around the globe which is being influenced by trends like
digital and artificial technology. In the skills like critical thinking, communication, time
