MSc International Business Management: HR and Employee Commitment

This research project investigates the role of HR management practices in fostering employee commitment within IBM UK. The study aims to demystify how HR practices influence employee engagement and contribute to organizational goals. It involves a survey of IBM employees to gather insights into existing HR strategies and their impact on commitment levels. The project acknowledges the importance of employee commitment for organizational sustainability and performance. The research will analyze the relationship between various HR activities and employee attitudes, considering factors such as time pressure, job security, and social relations. The project has been approved by Coventry University's Research Ethics procedure. The findings are intended to demonstrate the significance of HR practices in enhancing employee commitment towards the organization.
