This research project examines the crucial role of the Human Resources (HR) department in fostering employee motivation and its subsequent impact on organizational growth and development, using Hotel Crown Plaza as a case study. A literature review explores the concepts of employee motivation, the importance of HR managers in motivating employees, the impact of motivation on organizational growth, and the relationship between motivation and growth within the context of Hotel Crown Plaza. The methodology section details the research philosophy, approach, strategy, choice, data collection methods, sampling techniques, ethical considerations, and measures of reliability and validity. The project then presents data analysis, followed by conclusions and recommendations. The study highlights the importance of HR practices, such as reward policies, promotions, and 360-degree feedback, in enhancing employee motivation and, consequently, organizational success.
