selection, providing training to its subordinates and also focuses on offering safety to its
employees during particular phase of time period. This report is carried upon company named
as Ramsay Health care. It is well known company and provides private healthcare facilities to
its user in order to satisfy them. This company was located in Australia in the year of 1964.
There are various services provided by company such as surgery, rehabilitation as well as
psychiatric care to its customer that helps in increasing profit margin in future period of time.
Therefore, there are various functions such as recruitment, selection training and provide
safety to its employees that must be influenced by virtual working environment which is
discussed in this report in an appropriate manner (Armstrong and Taylor, 2020).

example, in entrance gate of company, they have to mention “No mask No Entry” so that it
helps in protecting them from covid-19 (B Romney, 2018). Hence, it is not easy for
organisation to recruit and select candidate by using face to face interview. And, they are
