In an organisation, employees plays a very crucial role in order to attain the organisation
objective. In the absence of human resource, company can not sun and survive its business
activities and functioning (Boxall and Purcell, 2011). Thus, it is very important for the

success. In this following recruitment and selection process and its importance with respect of
health and social care organisation has been systematically addressed. In addition to this , team
working and theories by which team member can interact with each other has also studied in this
report. Furthermore, strategies for promoting the continuing development of individuals in the
health and care organisation and theories of leadership has systematically discussed in this
report.The major objective of this report is to understand that how human resources are maintain
and mange within the health and care organisation and how its various function can conduct like
recruitment and selection, leadership, training and development, team working etc.
