management utilizes the opportunities and the talent within the department of human resources
for make all other departments effective and stronger. When an HR department of the
organization frame their plans and policies strategically, it is ensuring a huge chance of

able to use their full potential. Low motivation arises following issues:-

Low expectations of success
Fear of failure
