1. There exists nine skills that are vital for human resource management which
include: human resource, relationship administration, leadership, universal and
cultural effectiveness, ethical practices, and the evaluation of culture and business
acumen. I take relationship administration and communication since I am good in
arbitration. I have basis in ethics and business law and hence I think this will help
workers who I will be attending so that they work.
2. There exists two reasons as to why the line managers are becoming more
involved. They are not be able to interact with employees since they have many other
duties to attend in the office. A non HR will have the time to interact with workers
from different departments and hence will be more effective in the allocation of
duties.
3. Human resource manager is a very special person in an organization since he
deals with the employees. He is responsible for the recruitment and training
employees. He will train employee on how to embrace diverse culture so as to avoid
misunderstanding.
4. With flexible work schedules, an employee is able to attend family issues,
individual obligations and responsibilities of life in a responsible and more
convenient manner. The employers will also have an increased employee morale and
reduced absenteeism. However, working from home can create a bad picture to the
neighbors since they might think that one is jobless.

learn on how to deal with different people. A human resource manager will never find
themselves jobless and they will always have new adventure for exploration as far as human
