made so that before the actual interview begins interviewers can be sure about the qualities and
skills that they are looking for in the applicant. This will also include selection criteria like
whether they are looking for experienced candidates only or if they are willing to accepted fresh
applicants as well.
While the interview is under process, notes will be made about the strength and weakness
of having a particular candidate so that a fair judgment can be made when analyzing the
applicant later. This will also help in coming up with justified and concrete reasons for recruiting
