Introduction
The report reflects on my ‘ideal job’ after completing graduation from Name of the
university. The ideal job offers high number of benefits, decent salary, and it is the one that
allow the individual to grow and flourish in future. I expect my ideal job to make me feel
appreciated, valuable, content in my work life. Considering the report structure, the initial
section includes information about my ideal job and key reasons behind it. The succeeding
part comprises of job descriptions and person specifications of ideal job. The key aim of the
report is gain knowledge about ideal job for future career base.
Ideal Job

An ideal job is the one I would choose if money were no object. To work as a ‘Human
Resource Manager’ in APPLE Inc. in London, United Kingdom. From the initial phase, I
attain a high interest to work for APPLE Inc. because it is globally reputed organization. It
offers high number of benefits including heavy discounts, compensations, paid leaves, paid
parental leaves, with attractive payscale (Cain, 2020). It provides learning environment,
flexible working hours, managerial support, job security, and fine work culture. By
considering the employee reviews, I have assessed that it also provides work life balance
(Indeed, 2020). Working for the organization will offer high future growth opportunities
because it operates in 24 countries. It will allow me to work in global market as well. It is
earning heavy profits and experiencing fine growth. Thus, by working for this company
eliminates any form fear associated with ‘cost-cutting measure’. Additionally, it is one of the
best places to work for employees and it will enable to raise my self-esteem and reach greater
heights of success (Koetsier, 2019).
I have a huge interest in the subject named ‘Human Resource Management’. This is because
it provides theoretical knowledge (how to manage and deal with people) beneficial in
practical life. Thus, opting for this job will allow me to raise my understanding and
knowledge to my preferred subject. Hence, there are multiple reasons for considering Human
Resource Manager Job position at APPLE Inc.

Conclusion
Thus, I conclude that attaining a job position of Human Resource Manager at APLLE Inc. is
not an easy task as I have to gain fine grades, experience, and high knowledge. Therefore,
devoting required efforts will allow me to easily grab my ideal job.
