the world, the brand focuses on both leisure travellers and business. It is mostly located near
airport and vacation destination. Along with this a briefing is done on benefits of ongoing
professional development for stakeholders within the Hilton Hotels. In addition to this there are
various skills required for hiring the candidate in the management which is discussed in detail.
the present study also includes learning theories and approaches that are used for personal and
professional development process. Interview plays an important role for appointing a candidate
for a vacant job. Here the job role is HR and a brief discussion is done on the strength and
weakness of applied job role.

day of interview, I was on time at the office of Hilton with resume, my dressing was totally
professional. During the interview. I had keep my position in mind, and had structured all the

or benefits or holidays that will create negative impression. Another weakness of the job

From the above study it can be concluded that professional practices are very necessary

and leadership skill that is required to become a good HR. I was nervous somewhere but i
answered every question with confidence. Finally, I got selected and received joining letter.
Strength and weakness of applied interview process
The strengths of applied job interview is that I have shown my weakness such that it can
become my strength. It is important to be prepared for this question and be ready to answer.
Apart from that I have highlighted those character that has created impression in front of the
interviewer, so always be ready to present those skills and abilities which can create a long
