What is your ideal job?
Having already talked myself out of idea job (Human resource manager). I just ignored
and just kept reading. Even through my job as Human resource manager, had been dream job for
five years. I had reached the point where I was ready for adapt new challenges. Sometimes, I felt
like I had achieved my dream of becoming successful HR manager within organization.
After completing the graduation, the primary aim is to improve own capabilities that
always support for identifying own personal capabilities. In order to handle enterprise critical
situation effectively and efficiently (Foss, Pedersen and Stea, 2015). I realised the own
capabilities so that made several attempts to find HR manager job. I would look outside the
academia and was offered as position in the different location, areas but ultimately I appreciated
that did not like it. Sometimes, it is very difficult for finding the idea job as HR manager because
many companies wanted to be talented, skilled person who will understand overall business
activities. So as require for me after graduation to focus on the skill improvement in order to gain
more knowledge for everywhere.
At some point, it will be surprised to me. I would do this intense graduation training and
specialized so that they have a lot of choices in term of job tracking (Foss and et.al., 2019). It is
an essential thing to identify the find idea job of Human resource manager which totally suitable
for me. A lot of it seems to be about luck, especially with respect to fit as well as timing.
During graduation, I always trained at mid-sized university with professor who will give
more information and become leader. In order to give right direction, path for student in their
career enhancement. It was fantastic to be in such a resource rich environment and also
established research program for student.

have knowledge of the management practices for the high performance training, group

I am able to monitor and develop the Human resource management strategies , tactics, procedure
and system across the company. I have to demonstrate the experience with the Human
resource metrics which will be useful for the company and n I also have experience of taking
interview of the candidates, so I can provide skilful and better workforce for the company, so
they can run organizational activities and provide the goals and objectives of the company.
During the training most important thing is the monitor the performance of the employees and
provide them feedback and I have this experience, so I will provide mote better training to the
employees, so they can be motivated and develop the new skills with that I am also able to
monitor the performance after the training of the employees by recording their performance in
the software and tools. I can use the tools such as balance scorecard and other software which
are use to measure the performance of the employees .
CONCLUSION
From above discussion, it has summarised about the Prepare of success is consider as a
term within the person for improving their skill and knowledge. In order to achieve their
significant goal and objective. It can be identified the “Idea Job” after graduation such as HR
manager whereas it perform the different task, identify the job description for role of HR
