In present time, ideal job is something that helps an individual in meeting different range
of desired goals and objectives (Glass and Fodor, 2018). Under this, the job role that has been
taken into consideration is of a Human Resource Manager, who consists with different range of
roles and responsibilities that are directly linked with welfare of employees and company as
well. Including this, report is going to be enclosed with job description of the role, person
specifications and how qualify for the job is important for both individual and the company
itself.

A) What in your ideal job
My ideal job role is to become an efficient HR manager within a multinational company
where I could effectively perform all the tasks that are directly linked with reinforcement
recruitment training and to solve all the queries that are being faced by employees of the business
organisation. With the help of this, I can easily resolve all the queries that has been faced by staff
while performing daily targets within the workstation. Considering the training sessions I could
effectively e train number of employees with the company that would help me in enhancing their
skills and productivity. Through this, it can easily be said that company will gain competitive
advantages at both national and international market. Including this, it can be said that being an
HR manager of a multinational company, I might get good knowledge of an ethical and effective
working environment and development of different strategies would help me for the betterment
of my own future.

with developing the positive culture as well. Including this, it is said that for an individual who is
looking forward to become an HR, there are number of degrees (bachelor's and master's) within
human resources management or the business administration or a related field is required.
