INTRODUCTION
Hospitality industry is a broad category of field with the service industry. There are
having the various scope and opportunities for work at their. Present report is based on the
“Hilton hotel” which is established at the London. There are having the various and lots of post
and human resource for work. Study lays emphasis on the description of job which is found and
explain how it is fit with the current personal interest and personal development plan. It will also
cover by the company is placed as a Hr manager and various types of selection methods are
available. Report is selected by the one best selection method. It is also highlighted by the JCM
model is help to gain the high satisfaction from the job.

In the hospitality sector having the lots of job opportunities and also have the lots of
career opportunities. This sector is give the best chance to peoples to done the growth and make
their career in effective ways. Presently working in the central park hotel as the Hr executive.
There are staff members are very good and also they are supportive in effective manner. Now
days job vacancies are comes on the social media and also in the newspapers. So, there I saw the
advertisement in newspaper of Hilton hotels recruitments post as a Hr manager with best and
attractive salary packages (Fenech, 2018).
This post and advertisement is related to my current work position at the central park
hotel. This is best and effective ways to found the job. It is very interesting for me to find the
jobs and works in other company. Hr manager job is best and have a bright careers in these jobs.
In this hr handle all the human beings who they are work in the organisation. They are
responsible for managing hiring, training, administering, monitoring and other. This job is best
for me and also suitable for my personal development plan and also with the qualification.
Hr executives are more responsible for managing the human resources at organisation.
This post is suitable for me according to my qualification and skills. I feel that, I can make the
bright future in the human resource manager field. So that I applied for that on their official mail
id. There are three competencies is required for the Hr post with high skills, knowledge,
behaviour and attributes which are as follows:

make the effective and valuable relations with
the peoples and also have knowledge of hr
person. This help to achieve common goals
and objectives of team.
Leadership It is the essential competency for the Hr
manager. They are responsible for make and
sets the goals and objectives for the whole
team members.
I have attributed to take work from the team
members and peoples by motivating to them.
Motivation is the effective and best methods
for gain high productivity to firm. For motivate
to peoples I use the special comments and
appreciation in front of whole staff members
by these employees are highly motivates and
give hard contribution to achieve goals and
objectives.

Job satisfaction is an important part of employees life and also my life. There are having
some principles which are help to analysis which is highly beneficial for me with high
satisfaction. Principles of job satisfaction according to the job characteristics model(JCM) are as
follows:
Job characteristics model
This theory model is based on the ideas task in itself and it is the key to employees
motivation. Theory is has the five job characteristics are as follows:
The design Skill variety: skill variety is refers the degrees tom which the job demands different
activities in the executions of the task. At their employees are use their personal skill and
talent in their work and gain effective and best result of work. This helps to me for
analysing high satisfaction from the job and its roles (Nikolaou and Oostrom, 2015). Task identity: in the organisation having the various tasks and works. There are required
to identify their roles and post at Hilton hotel. Task is fix and specified then work is
better with the best result of work. It is also helped to me for finding and designing high
satisfaction from the job. Task significance: task significance also has substantial impact on the lives of other
peoples within the Hilton hotel. It is effective and best part of job. According to this
employee is had to satisfied by their job roles and responsibilities. This helps to improve
physical, financial, psychological or any field. Like when my job is fulfilled all the needs
then I feel satisfied and able give hard contribution to achieve goals and growth of
company. This is also helped to gain the high satisfaction from the job (Noe and et.al.,
2017). Autonomy: It means gives more scope and opportunity to individuals and team members.
This covers the area of decision making. That is also principle of the job design which is
help to analysis the high satisfaction to individual with their job roles. By this I feel that I
am part of Hilton hotel and take my all responsibilities with additional in effective
manners. That is help to find the high satisfaction from the job roles.
Feedbacks: Feedbacks are also part of the job design and gain high satisfaction from the
job role and post. By the review and positive feedbacks of work are help to motivated and

also done work with best result. By the positives feedbacks I feel the motivated and also
improve performance of work. This helps to me for analysing the high satisfaction from
the job.

In these employees and worker are score result of high and best performance of work.
This can be analysis by the motivation potential score. This is done by the autonomy, work and
feedbacks. According to this I as a Hr manager placed at Hilton hotel, able to analysing high
satisfaction from the job and responsibilities (Singh, Singh and Khan, 2016).
Psychological states Responsibility: In the work and are includes the various responsibility which are handle
by the individuals who are on post. I selected for the Hr manager post at Hilton hotel.
There are also had various work and task. At that, individual needs to feel responsible for

to me for feel and gain high satisfaction with the job roles. Experienced meaningfulness: experience are help in next and other job. This is count in
my next job and also meaningfulness. It is effective and best fir the future. Like, when I
have experienced of work at same field then I have knowledge of work and by this done
effective result of work. This is also helped to gain the high level of satisfaction at
organisation.
Knowledge of result: it is formed by the feedback system within the company. This
indicates the degree which is related task and provide direct and clears information on the
effective performance of employees. By this I also feel the high satisfied by the job
(Wood, 2018).
Work related results Working environment: Working environment of the Hilton hotel is good is helps to me
to gain the high satisfaction from the job roles and task. This includes the healthy and
safe working environment. Like: when employee is feel safe from their working
environment, then they are highly satisfied by the place of work. This helps to gain the
high satisfaction from the job.

High performance: a good performance of me is consisted the high quality of the
delivered work and large quantity of work. This help to increase the productivity of
employees. This also give high satisfaction from the job. High motivation: employees are motivated by the sources which are external. It is
effective and best ways. There are having the two methods of motivation are monetary
rewards and non-monetary rewards. Non-monetary rewards are best and effective. This
attained through valuable, responsibilities and autonomous work.
High satisfaction: it is simply means that the level satisfaction of employee from their
job and work task. Like, when employee or I am satisfied by work then I am able to give
hard contribution to achieve goals and objectives of work. Satisfaction is the important
and foremost part of the employees and our life because this gives the proper and best
motivation towards the job (Hashim, 2016).
Moderators Recognition and support: Peoples are usually inspired with the strong and high self
respect from others. There are needs to encourage working relations of the employees and
team members and also provide the clearly defined areas of responsibility and also
supportive team members. This helps to gain the high satisfaction from the job and also
from the place of work.
Knowledge and skills: it is the important part of every job. Knowledge and skills have the
positive chance of experience in positive ways. If employees are not had the right
knowledge and skills then it is harmful for that. Other hand right knowledge and skills are
helped to maintain the image at Hilton hotel. This is also given the high satisfaction to me
with my job and its roles (Kooij, 2015).
Those all principles and findings are help to gain the high satisfaction from the job. This
give me the high satisfaction from my profile work as a hr manager. Best and positive feedbacks
are helps to know about my work is good or bad. Strong and positive relations of team members
and employees are help to make the high satisfaction from staff and also to the culture of Hilton
hotel.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it had been concluded that the advertisement has important for the
gaining and collecting information which has related to the job vacancies and also to others. By

candidates for the vacant post at organisation. There had various selections available and all has
best and effective for hiring candidates. Company has includes the one and two selection
methods in their recruitment and selection process. Job has give the high satisfaction to the
candidate and for that they have analysis this satisfaction by using the job characteristics model.
This helped to candidates for analysing high job satisfaction by experience, responsibilities and
so on. Advertisement has plays an important role in the human life.
