Employability skills is an important set of achievement, personal attributes and effective
understanding that would make an individual more likely to earn employment. To become more
successful in their selected occupation, it is necessary to make utilisation of own skills and
ability in more effective manner. It is a transferable skill that are required by an individual to
start doing a job or get employable. Likewise, with positive technical understanding and
knowledge which is often outline a wide range of skills that a business expects from their
worker or employees (Chalamwong, and et. al., 2012). This project report is all about providing
specific information about wide range of own responsibility and performance aim towards
“Travelodge travel company”. Building interpersonal and transferable skills that are needed in an
organisation is discussed positively in this report. Apart for this, dynamic of working with other
roles of people in team management is explained by recommending best alternative ways.
