Based on the early employee surgery and recent member survey, this organisation is interested to
conduct the upgrading and renovation program of this club. The refurbishment of the Fox and
Hound Bar, the dining room and the function rooms. Training and development programme for
every stuff on the new process connected to the bar, dining room and function rooms.
This organisation believes that refurbishment and modification of the HR department are
necessary now. This organisation is losing its members. This organisation is not performing
adequately according to its capabilities. This organisation is unable to retain experienced and
efficient employees. The result of yearly employee survey reflects that employees are not happy
with this organisation. The innovative idea of employees is not prioritised. There is a lack of
opportunity for the employee. The system, which is followed in this organisation, is not
advanced. The training and development program is not adequate. Several new employees of this
organisation leave this organisation due to lack of opportunity and training programs. The
employee survey reflects that they do not get rewarded when they do a good job. It refers that
appreciation for good work is not available in this organisation. Employees of this organisation
are not encouraged to make decisions without discussing with the leader of the department. The
working environment is not healthy. Instead of allowing new technologies, this organisation is
using the traditional method for reservation, which needed to be changed. The bar needs
modification. It will improve service quality.

That is the reason this organisation is interested to conduct these to plans. The first one is the
refurbishment of the Fox and Hound Bar, the dining room and the function rooms. For this plan,
our organisation approved an architectural firm, who will employee its contractors and manage
building work between the project deadlines. The second one is the training and development
programme for every employee which be the part of a new procedure that connects to the bar
dining rooms and function rooms. For this plan, our organisation approaches HR consultancy
services, who will develop a strategic human resource management policy for the European
Club.
More information about these two projects will be shared in future management is also aware
that it might create an impact on the members of the club however it is necessary to table of
strategic Human Resource Management for this organisation and conduct the refurbishment of
