Assessment 2: Reflective Account
During the development of the module I have enjoyed experience that I have gained during
this module as it helped me to develop my understanding and knowledge in different areas. In
addition to this it has been identified by me that this module enabled me to make connection and
allow me to look into specific areas of my interest. Along with this I have also look towards
those areas in which I did not have confidence. Furthermore it has been identified by me that
working with others is one of my strength, as with the help of this capacity I gained a lot of
positive experiences. Along with this with help of my communication skill as well as listening
skills I work with other on certain task that effectively made my experience more enjoyable. By
working with others in enhanced my encouragement as well as motivation that were in valuable.
In addition to this it has been determined by me that there were lot of things that has been learnt
by me with the assistance of sharing ideas as well as thoughts upon various issues. Furthermore
it also assist me to see different perspectives that. This module was a continuous process in
which different type of task has been completed by me. With the help of this module I challenge
myself to develop my future career as well as personal growth. In addition to this I have also
access some information and continue to utilise it in my future practice. By working with other
during this module I enhance my confidence level that further allows me to gain more success in
life. During this module I gain vast amount of knowledge as well as information about various
topics as well as issues. Along with it has been identified by me that this module allows me to
make positive changes to manage things in an effective manner by ensuring proper quantity as
well as quality.
It has been identified by me that in order to be a successful HR professional it is essential
to have knowledge related to certain to and platforms like social media that include linkedin,

Facebook, Twitter in order to build a strong business networking. In addition to this it is also
essential for an HR professional to have proper understanding of talent acquisition software,
talent management software and human resource information software. By having proper
knowledge of these one can effectively communicate and solve problems in easy manner. It also
helps in making decisions without facing many difficulties. An HR professional must have
proper understanding related to be collaborative as enhance to develop a positive workplace
culture. It has been identified by me that during the module I perform my work with other
individual that enhanced my collaborative working skills which is essential to be an HR
professional. In addition to this, talent planning influencer, decision thinking is some of the skills
that are required to be a successful HR professional. With help of these one can effectively
developed themselves as an HR professional. In order to be successful HR it is essential for me
to have proper insight of these aspects, during present module I enhance my confidence as well
as courage to face challenges in an effective manner. By working in a team I enhanced my
relationship skill and collaborative skills through which I delivered information in an effective
manner. I have effective amount of knowledge related to social and digital media, however these
skills are required to be developed by me that. The experiences has been gained by me during
this module will effectively help me in professional context in an effective manner, as by using
this module I gained knowledge and understanding of different aspects that is collaborative
working, decision thinking, courage and more which is required to become a professional HR.
However it has been identified by me that completing this module had been a quite
challenge, as in this it is essential for me to invest my lot of effort as well as time in order to
accomplish this module in an effective manner. However I also feel a sense of pride as well as
achievement after this module get completed as with the help of this module I allow myself to
come out from my comfort zone and undertake various task that significantly enhance my
knowledge as well as skills. Overall it has been identified by me that I really enjoyed the module
as it allowed me to have access to various opportunities as well as resources that widen my area
of knowledge. During this module I have encountered with many experiences, during this
module I take assistance from online courses in order to manage my time with the help of online
learning spaces and digital artifices such as multimedia presentation, audio files, assessment
tools has been designed by me. These resources effectively help me in an effective way. During
my work with others there were certain challenges that I have experienced involving in internet

enhanced that significantly improve my experiences.
