This research project proposes an investigation into the role of the HR department in fostering employee motivation for organizational growth and development, specifically focusing on Hotel Crown Plaza. The project aims to determine the impact of HR practices on employee motivation and its subsequent effect on the company's performance, productivity, and overall success. The research will address key questions such as the understanding of employee motivation, the importance of the HR manager's role in this process, and the relationship between motivation and organizational growth. The methodology will involve a qualitative approach, utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires from 50 employees, and secondary data from online sources and literature. A descriptive research design with a deductive approach will be employed, and a Gantt chart will be used for project management. The project is expected to be completed within 18 weeks, providing valuable insights into the practical application of motivational strategies within the hospitality industry.
