In this project, there is discussion about about opportunity of growth and development for
organization. Employees are the main component which helps to conduct business activities in
more better and effective manner. So there is scope of motivation of workforce through which
they can improve overall efficiency of association. This research is based on Hotel Crown Plaza
which has good brand image in industry, so HR manager can plan motivational techniques which
are discussed in this research. There is direct relationship between employees motivation and
company's performance. Hence this is motivation of workforce is growth opportunity for Hotel
Crown Plaza.

HR manager plays crucial role in growth and development of association. They are the

4. Research methodology:
Research is the process of collecting, investigating data to provide information about it to
reader and enhance knowledge. Thee are different activities which has to be followed by
researcher to complete research by achieving aims and objectives. Hence research methodology
is the framework which provides complete information about tools and techniques which are
used to conduct research.

Qualitative method is used in this research because this shows research technique in more
presentation of collected outcome. Primary and secondary sources are used to collect
information. In primary method, there is face to face interaction among researcher and
respondents, while in secondary sources information is collected through online sources, books,
etc. With collecting information from both the sources it is easy for researcher to collect in- depth
information about research topic. Primary data is collected through questionnaire. Questionnaire
is set of questions which is asked with some candidates about research topic.
Descriptive research design is used in this research. With this it is easy for researcher to
represent research in more better and effective manner. Deductive approach is used because this
provides complete information which justified conclusion and recommendations about research
topic. Random sampling is used to collect number of respondents because with this method, there
re possibilities of less biassness. 50 employees are selected as sample size.
